My experience was unsuspectingly great . Easily found pick-up counter, being led by orange signs, and was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman. He scanned my bar code on phone , and wallah, he had my order on the desk . The whole experience, from walking in front doors to leaving out of front doors , took about 10 min. maybe less.
Typical Walmart. I usually have to go on the right days to get certain products otherwise they are out of stock. They got the new self checkout so those are nice.
Friendly and very helpful staff. One of the cleanest Walmarts I've ever been in. New self checkouts are easy to use. I'm also very happy to see the extra security outside keeping our vehicles safe while we shop.
This Walmart has an unusual layout for my mentality. To me it feels unorganized and almost maze like. However they do have a nice selection of items, even if they are not where you expect to find them. I tend to always have to ask the associates where something is and it is never in the section where I figure it might logically be.
Great return policy and they have improved with having someone in online pickup. The reason for three stars is because I have been followed on multiple occasions and told I have to purchase make-up in the make-up area even though I had more shopping to do. And when I asked several employees they said that was not the case that I had to do that. Just because I look different than you does not mean I'm a thief.
