I work in a bank and our vision and values are to always provide excellent customer service and go out the way to please customers so I rearly get impressed with the customer service on retail stores but randy took the time to look for what was the best for me he wasn't just trying to sell me a product Thank you Randy.!
Took too long to complete my transaction . I had to cancel my order for blinds because the company you've contracted refused to honor the 25% that they had agreed to give me. You lost a 2300. Plus sale because of this. Not very happy , will never shop with this company again.
