D'alicia's staff has been fabulous. From fixing my husband 's broken wedding ring, to soldering my engagement ring to my wedding band, they have been fast, honest, and helpful in every way. I went here to have 5 rings cleaned and 2 looked at for replacement of prongs and a stone that had fallen out. I'd already had both of the rings needing repairs looked at by a store in Albuquerque at the mall that I won't name here. I found the jeweler at D'Alicia's to be honest about the shape of the prongs and honest about whether it was worth it to me to replace the stone in my ring (it is one of 5 stones) and gave me other ideas of how to handle the repair. The cost and estimated time for both repairs was reasonable and definitely seemed more realistic than the store at the mall. I also believe I could leave my jewelry here without worrying about "stone swapping" - a real concern at least reputable jewelry stores. Plus, they are local and shopping local in important in a small town. Once I'm ready to repair my rings I will not hesitate to do it here and will update my review once that is done.
