Cowboy cleaners are VERY rude and unprofessional. Both times I went in employess were not welcoming and too busy eating their lunch out in the open and on their phones. The first time I went I paid close to $14 which wasnt bad. The second time they tried charging me $38 dollars for the SAME clothes I took in the first time. How does that work? I've heard they are known for ripping people off. Not to mention my shirts were not pressed at all and one of my shirts had a piece of food stuck on the sleeve. Now I have to spend time that I do not have re-ironing all my clothes. When I asked for my money back the "manager" said not to go back to her establishment. Oh trust me I wont and I will NOT recommend anyone go to this poor ran, unprofessional business!
Still operating like a small town business in a bad way. Los Lunas is growing and there is an expectation for service and quality similar to what one might find in Albuquerque, where competition forces you to do well or go out of business.
I agree with the rest of the comments. Their not a friendly staff. They seem to be layback not working in a professionally manner.
I took my wedding dress into cowboy cleaners to get preserved and when they called me to pick it up they couldn't even be sure all my items were in the box they are rude and worthless dry cleaners I would not recommend them to anyone
