Too much salt on fries and dry rub ribs. Tone it down! Also our waiter and waitress were way too bold and friendly. Tone it down with the obnoxious attitudes.
Amazing customer service every time we go!! the food is the best and also a comfortable place to eat. There is hardly ever a wait and if there is it's about two to four minutes.
Great place to come for dinner. I love how you can pick up an order and go. The staff here is great and the waiter Jacob is great! He makes dinner really awesome.
This Chili's is not bad. However, the wait staff is a little strange. That impacted my experience. It is fairly new.
Went the other evening with my 2 children and grandchildren. All three of us ordered the chicken fajitas and the children ordered from the children's menu. Had a great time with family but when we left about an hour after eating all three adults got sick. Called and spoke to a manager and she said she would sent coupons in mail. Did they pull their chicken?? Hope so if not won't be eating there again. Coupons are great but did they fix the problem? Did anyone else get sick? It was Saturday.
