The manger Roger was super kind and went out of his way to make sure we were happy there. The owner of the park is also very kind and always doing something to keeo the park up. The ditch bank along side the park is stocked with fish and everyday their were people fishing. The wi-fi is very good and strong signal. The park itslef is very quiet and everyone we came in contact with were very friendly. Stayed for a month and on our way back through we hope there will be a spot open for another few days.
Stayed March 20th 2017 in a 30 foot travel trailer. Nice friendly staff, clean park, fishing within a few feet it's that close. Loved it and will go back.
I do not recommend this rv site I had planned a three week stay . Paying week to week 163.00 on the third week the manager came to my space and I was about to pay him for the third week and he stated that I was not able to continue my stay as Maria had made a reservation for my space. I am a veteran. An African American who lives in a Home not far from the cottonwood rv park. I keep to myself. And feel that this was without a doubt racially motivated. And done without cause, I do know the manager drinks I would assume he always smells of mouthwash, and seemed to have a dislike for me immediatly. But to book a spot when you had no vacancy is not good business practice if he had a problem he should have stated that from the beginning. So if your a minority anything other than Caucasian I would drive on by and look for something where the only color that matters is green.I returned to the park later that evening to find the space empty. Which only confirmed my suspicions that this act was indeed a blatant act of RACISM. All of the other reviews are by people who fit the category.
Not any facilities Only bathroom a1 washer and Dryer.
