We adopted a kitten from the Valencia County Animal Control this summer, and neutering through Pet ER was included as part of the adoption. We had to wait for the procedure initially, because he was so small, but we were pleased when Pet ER was able do the procedure on the same day we called back. However, we were EXTREMELY displeased when he came home with a clipped left ear to identify him as neutered. We expected a tattoo and we never realized that he would've been clipped. Nowhere in the paperwork or through our conversation with Pet ER was it communicated that he was to be clipped. In fact, on the paperwork we received upon discharge they had crossed out the tattoo option and hand written that his left ear was clipped, leading us to further believe that this was not normal procedure. Had we known that he was going to be clipped, we would've paid extra and taken him to our family vet.
The staff was extremely sensitive to my concern for my 9 week old puppy. They answered any and all questions I had and didn't push their own services . They are caring , respectful and honest ! You couldn't ask for better service . They even gave a follow up call to check on little King Tut. I'm so great full and will go back for pet care and simply to say "Thank You"

Had a life threatening emergency last night with my cat. They were very nice and helpful and having this location literally saved my cats life. Yes, there is quite a hefty service charge when it comes to late night emergency pet care, but if you love your furry friend you'll be grateful this even exists! They talked me through the risks, options, etc and helped me to make the best decision. They worked on my cat all through the night and today she is healthy and happy thanks to their quick care and service! Highly recommend them if you have the $ and no other options.. They will do their best!
