So unprofessional say dilevery is on a day and they dont deliver....
They gave me a couch with roach eggs and babies all over it wasn't even offered a credit or anything... They need better customer service!
they used to be good, but not anymore, I had received a call from rude snotty female associate pertaining to my bill, when I stated that I had made payment, she got very rude with me, Had check her computer, (Didn't check before calling, Yes let cop an attitude before we call) In past they were polite and civil now its gone down tubes, Very unprofessional.
