Called to ask pricing for a couch. Sales person promised to call back in 5 minutes. Two hours later, nothing. I called back to ask the price again. Once more was told I'd get a call back. Annnnnnnnd now they're closed. Yup, this place definitely deserves my business.
Great experience! We had looked at several places for a table and found Furniture & Carpet Company. The sales associate was not pushy and politely introduced herself when we came in. We found a table we liked at a great price and got next day delivery for free. The whole process took 20 minutes with no hassle. Delivery men were on time, very respectful, and couldn't have been more pleasant. We will be returning for more furniture in the future!
Horrible experience. They came and measured then ordered the carpet, I paid them, then they said that there measurements were inaccurate so I needed to pay them for another 693 square feet. I am currently waiting on the rest of my carpet to be laid and was called this morning for more money!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. This issue needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY.
